This Privacy Policy explains how Misbau LLC ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Tavro mobile application ("App"). By using Tavro, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Introduction

Tavro is a social planning application that helps friends coordinate real plans. The App is operated by Misbau LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Name and display name
  • Email address (used for account creation and login)
  • Phone number (when phone authentication is enabled)
  • Profile photo (optional)
  • Country and city of residence
  • Budget preferences

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

  • Plan details you create (activity type, venue, date, time, cost)
  • Responses to event invitations
  • Usage data and app interactions
  • Device type and operating system version

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

  • We do not collect precise GPS location data
  • We do not access your device contacts without permission
  • We do not track your activity outside the Tavro app

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your Tavro account
  • Enable you to create plans and invite friends
  • Send plan invitations and notifications
  • Show relevant activities based on your city and budget preferences
  • Improve the app and fix issues
  • Respond to support requests

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

4.1 With Other Users

When you create a plan or respond to an invitation, certain information is visible to other participants including your display name, profile photo, and whether you have accepted or declined an invitation. Your specific response (e.g. "too expensive") is kept anonymous from other participants — only the plan organiser can see response counts.

4.2 With Service Providers

We use Google Firebase for authentication, database storage, and push notifications. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed through Firebase. We do not share your data with any other third-party service providers for marketing purposes.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your data may be stored on servers located outside your country of residence. By using Tavro, you consent to the transfer of your data internationally.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate data
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your account and associated data
  • Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your Tavro account at any time from the Profile screen within the app. Account deletion will permanently remove your profile, plans you have created, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

9. Children's Privacy

Tavro is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Push Notifications

Tavro may send push notifications to remind you of upcoming plans. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice within the app or sending a notification. Your continued use of Tavro after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
